Questions
How to get a refund, where the books live, what to do if the paywall is still up. The money itself is on pricing.
How do I get a refund?+
In the studio, open Account from the bar — your address, on the right. Refund is at the bottom. Within fourteen days you get the money back and the account is deleted: books, images, everything. After fourteen days that control is gone. Write to hello@nueel.com.
How do I send feedback?+
Feedback is on the bar, next to Account. A bug, an improvement, or anything else — pick which, write the note, send. It goes to the people who build Nueel, not to a ticket queue.
Where are my books stored?+
On the device you are using, first. Every edit is saved locally as you make it, so a dropped connection does not take a chapter with it. The same books also follow your account, so a second computer opens the same library once you are online.
Do I need the internet?+
Not to work. Pagination and export run in your browser. You need the network to sign in, to load the app the first time, and to reach version history older than the last few hours.
How many computers can I use it on?+
All of them. It is the browser: your books and designs follow your account, so a desktop at home, a laptop at the café and a borrowed machine all open the same library.
I paid and the paywall is still up.+
Access is applied by a webhook that can lag a few seconds behind the receipt. Refresh the studio. If the purchase screen is still showing after a minute, write to hello@nueel.com and say roughly when you paid — a person reads it. Sign in with the same email you paid with; access follows the payment, not the browser.
Is this a subscription?+
No. You pay $104.25 once (25% off launch price — normally $139). There is nothing monthly and nothing to renew, and your books stay yours whether you format another one tomorrow or in three years.
Does the price include tax?+
$104.25 is what you pay. No tax is added at checkout and none appears on the invoice.
Can I sell what I make?+
Yes. Books you set in Nueel are yours to sell, on any platform, with no royalty, no watermark, and no attribution. The licence covers the software, not what you make with it.
